LEEAD Camp focused on the LEAAD 4C framework based on the Positive Youth Development(PYD) perspective of Richard M. Lerner et. al. It aimed at developing and enhancing leadership traits, skills, and qualities of adolescent through an experiential learning that enabled participants to learn and experience the challenges in various unfamiliar situation.
